Shipping & Delivery

At CUTE IMPORTS BY JUNE, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

All orders for Nairobi & Kiambu Counties are processed within hours. NB: Orders placed before 12 noon will be delivered the same day, and orders placed past 12:30 PM will be delivered the next day. Orders from the rest of the counties will be processed within 24 hours. The delivery time starts from the day you place your order to the day one of our delivery associates makes the first attempt (call) to deliver to you. *Only 3 attempts (calls) will be done for delivery — if you do not answer your phone the delivery will be cancelled as agreed, and the second delivery you will have to pay for it. Orders will be cancelled after 8 weeks if not collected at our Pick-Up Point (Sawa Mall, shop C8). NO REFUND. If there will be a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery Timeline

We offer same day/next-day delivery. Once your order is confirmed, you can expect it at your door the following day. To ensure you receive your order the next day, please place your order by 3:00 PM.

  • Nairobi County – Delivery/Shipping Fee Ksh 100 – Ksh 500. Charges depend on location. Same-Day Delivery for orders placed before 12:30 PM. Means of delivery: Wellsfargo Courier, G4S Courier, Pick up Mtaani or Our In-House Delivery Services.
  • Kiambu County – Delivery/Shipping Fee Ksh 400 – Ksh 500. Charges depend on location. Same-Day Delivery for orders placed before 12 PM. Means of delivery: Wellsfargo Courier, G4S Courier or Our In-House Delivery Service.
  • Mt Kenya Region Counties (Embu, Kirinyaga, Meru, Muranga, Nyeri, Tharaka Nithi) – Delivery/Shipping Fee Ksh 380 – Ksh 500. Charges depend on location. Same-Day Shipping for orders placed before 12:30 PM. Means of delivery: Wellsfargo, G4S Courier, 2nk Shuttle, Unique Shuttle or your preferred courier service provider.
  • Lake Region Counties (Homabay, Kisumu, Migori, Siaya) – Delivery/Shipping Fee Ksh 300 – Ksh 600. Charges depend on location. Same-Day Shipping for orders placed before 12 noon; Next-Day Shipping if order placed past 12:30 PM. Means of delivery: Mash Poa, Easy Coach Bus, Wellsfargo, G4S Courier or your preferred courier service.
  • Western Region Counties (Bungoma, Busia, Kakamega, Vihiga, Trans Nzoia) – Delivery/Shipping Fee Ksh 300 – Ksh 600. Charges depend on location. Same-Day Shipping for orders placed before 12 noon; Next-Day Shipping if order placed past 12:30 PM. Means of delivery: Mash Poa, Easy Coach Bus, Wellsfargo, G4S Courier or your preferred courier service.
  • Coastal Region Counties (Kilifi, Kwale, Mombasa, Taita Taveta) – Delivery/Shipping Fee Ksh 350 – Ksh 600. Charges depend on location. Same-Day Shipping for orders placed before 12 noon; Next-Day Shipping if order placed past 12:30 PM.   • Rift Valley Region Counties (Baringo, Bomet, Kericho, Nandi, Uasin Gishu, Elgeyo-Marakwet) – Delivery/Shipping Fee Ksh 300 – Ksh 600. Charges depend on location. Same-Day Shipping for orders placed before 12 noon; Next-Day Shipping if order placed past 12:30 PM. Means of delivery: Easy Coach, Wellsfargo, G4S Courier or your preferred courier service.
  • Northern Region Counties (Garissa, Marsabit, Samburu, Turkana, West Pokot, Wajir) – Delivery/Shipping Fee Ksh 1,000 – Ksh 2,500. Charges depend on location. Same-Day Shipping for orders placed before 12 noon; Next-Day Shipping if order placed past 12:30 PM. Means of delivery: Wellsfargo, G4S Courier or your preferred courier service.
  • Up Coastal Region Counties (Lamu, Tana River) – Delivery/Shipping Fee Ksh 1,400 – Ksh 2,000. Charges depend on location. Same-Day Shipping for orders placed before 12 noon; Next-Day Shipping if order placed past 12:30 PM. Means of delivery: Mash Poa, Wellsfargo, G4S Courier or your preferred courier service.
  • Ukambani Region Counties (Kajiado, Kitui, Machakos, Makueni) – Delivery/Shipping Fee Ksh 250 – Ksh 400. Charges depend on location. Same-Day Shipping for orders placed before 12 noon; Next-Day Shipping if order placed past 12:30 PM. Means of delivery: Manatwa Sacco, Kinatwa Sacco, Makos Sacco, Namanga Shuttle, Easy Coach Bus, Wellsfargo, G4S Courier or your preferred courier service.
  • Uplands Region Counties (Laikipia, Nakuru, Narok, Nyahururu) – Delivery/Shipping Fee Ksh 250 – Ksh 400. Charges depend on location. Same-Day Shipping for orders placed before 12 noon; Next-Day Shipping if order placed past 12:30 PM. Means of delivery: 2NK Shuttle, Mololine Shuttle, Narok Shuttle, NNUS, Wellsfargo, G4S Courier or your preferred courier service.

Tracking Your Order

Our team will SMS/email you a tracking number so that you can follow up with Fargo Courier.

Please note that Fargo Courier delivers items only to locations within a 10km radius of the town. In the event that the address is outside their delivery radius, or in case the package is not delivered at the stated address, the recipient will have to collect the parcel from their offices in the town.

Fargo Courier does not have a specific delivery timeline. However, there might be delays and deliveries may take an extra day to be delivered, between 9 AM and 4 PM.

Special Circumstances

For certain products, same-day delivery may not be possible. In such situations, we will communicate in good time and you will receive your order the following day.

For deliveries outside Nairobi with vague delivery details, the Fargo Courier team will not be able to deliver and the recipient will be required to pick the items from their offices in the town the item is meant to be delivered.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll work to resolve the issue promptly. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate — CUTE IMPORTS BY JUNE is not responsible for items undelivered due to incorrect address information.

NB: PLEASE NOTE ONCE GOODS ARE SHIPPED VIA A THIRD PARTY SHIPPING COMPANY, CUTE IMPORTS BY JUNE'S LIABILITY TERMINATES AT THAT POINT AND CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY'S CLAIMS DEPARTMENT.
