Our Commitment

At CUTE IMPORTS BY JUNE, we want you to love your purchase. We have specific return guidelines to ensure fairness for all customers.

Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered)
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The item has manufacturing defects

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item is unused and in the same condition as received
  • Item is in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is provided

Important: We do not accept returns due to change of mind, buyer's remorse, or personal preference after delivery. Please review product descriptions, images, and specifications carefully before ordering.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned due to change of mind or personal preference
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or wear
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective or incorrect)

Return Process for Eligible Items

To initiate a return for wrong, damaged, or defective items:

  1. Contact us at sales@cuteimportsbyjune.com within 24 hours of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number, photos of the item, and description of the issue
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (if approved)

Return Shipping Costs

  • For wrong, damaged, or defective items: CUTE IMPORTS BY JUNE covers return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  • For all other cases: Returns will not be authorized

Refunds

We do not offer monetary refunds. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will offer either an exchange for the correct item or store credit to use on a future purchase.

  • Exchanges and store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return
  • You will receive a confirmation once your exchange or store credit has been processed

Replacements

For wrong or defective items, we will offer:

  • A replacement of the correct item (subject to availability)
  • Store credit if a replacement is not possible

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for change of mind. If you received the wrong item or a defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we will arrange an exchange subject to availability.
